First time visiting the Shellcove Family Clinic. The reception area is neat and clean and the receptionists are lovely. I saw Dr Kelly Mitchell and she was fantastic. Very thorough and professional. Asked all sorts of questions to get to the bottom of my medical complaint. Very happy with everything.
From the time I walked into your centre I felt comfortable.I was warmly welcomed by Fiona who was very helpful .Dr Mitchell was amazing, she really put me at ease from the start of my consultation to the end. I’ve always been very happy with my GP that I have seen for years but will be swapping over to Dr Mitchell from now on.

Front dest staff are really nice, easy to make appointments but one particular doctor has a very bad habit of being very late. Sat for almost 1 hour waiting for appointment up to 35mins time before that. In all fairness we are changing surgery because we were travelling to see them and it will be easier to go local now.
Reception staff, nurse and Dr were all very accommodating, pleasant and professional. I'm grateful for their excellent service.

What a very welcoming experience from the ladies on reception through to my consultation with Dr. Nafari. She was polite, professional and very easy to talk to with any concerns I may have had.
